Ameristar's Montage Fencing Line

The Montage line of fencing features the ProFusion process that combines fusion and laser technology to automatically weld strong, virtually invisible, structural connections without using unsightly or insecure fasteners.

Montage ornamental products are coated using the AmeriCoat process. The galvanized steel framework is subjected to a multistage pretreatment / wash (with zinc phosphate), followed by a duplex cathodic electrocoat system consisting of an epoxy primer, which significantly increases corrosion protection.

Finally, the galvanized steel framework gets an acrylic topcoat, which provides the protection necessary to withstand adverse weather effects. The coating comes with a 20-year warranty.
